Jathan Spaulding is the founder of 3Stone Capital, a private equity firm focused on backing early-stage and established businesses with capital, structure, and strategic support.
Before launching 3Stone, Jathan gained hands-on experience in Deloitte’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice, working on carve outs, buy side deals, and valuation analysis for high-impact clients. He’s worked directly with executive teams and understands what it takes to build, grow, and exit a business with confidence.
A graduate of Morehouse College with a background in accounting and finance, Jathan started 3Stone Capital to give rising and overlooked entrepreneurs the kind of capital access and deal insight normally reserved for the top one percent. His mission is to fund businesses that are built to last, not just chase trends.
